Pillai’s Kitchen Indian Wednesday

Every Wednesday night from 6pm to 9pm we are proud to present Pillai’s Kitchen, a mouth watering feast of dishes from all over India and the Middle East, presented by Master Chef Pramod Pillai and his team. Drawing on his vast experience cooking at the best hotels and residences in the region, he will prepare an authentic mix of interesting dishes for your delight!

We proudly source our meat from local suppliers, Boarstall Meats, and make every effort to use locally grown ingredients to bring out the best in each dish.
